sumHR is a web-based HR management software with powerful communication & collaboration tools. It’s an ideal application for growing companies with the need to streamline HR processes and enable employee engagement within the organization.
Using sumHR, a company can aggregate all employee data, streamline leave tracking, organize information sharing, and enable teams to collaborate in a more efficient way – all on one platform.
sumHR is an attempt to rid companies from all things inefficient, unscalable and “un-cool” in their organizations.
Who are we?
We’re a team of enthusiastic and ambitious individuals with a passion to solve problems. In early 2011, we realized the need for improving how employees/co-workers communicate with each other, and how an organization manages it’s basic HR operations like leave tracking. That was our eureka moment – and the birth of sumHR.com.
What are we trying to build?
We’ve set out to build a product that improves the way people communicate, collaborate and manage their HR tasks within an organization. We know that it’s neither going to be easy, nor is it going to be quick, but we’re prepared to delight our customers at any cost.
